About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Director to join our team, taking responsibility for managing a high-profile corporate client, ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout all regions (Asia Pacific, Americas & Europe) of operation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Responsible for the overall contract performance including, Health & Safety, Integrated Facilities Management, Workplace, Project Delivery, Space Planning & Occupancy and Integrated Portfolio Management.
• Manage a senior leadership team and support staff to ensure exceptional service delivery across the client portfolio.
• Responsible for revenue generation and growth, account P&L management and overall financial performance
• Provide regular reports to senior management on account performance, including revenue, client satisfaction, and operational metrics.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide thought leadership and strategic advice to the client.

Requirements:

• Preferred is degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

• *Significant experience in corporate real estate and facilities management at an Account Manager/Director level, ideally with exposure to the broader Asia Pacific Region
• Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts, and delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Experience in managing and developing a team.
