Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Director to join our team, taking responsibility for managing a high-profile corporate client, ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout all regions (Asia Pacific, Americas & Europe) of operation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsible for the overall contract performance including, Health & Safety, Integrated Facilities Management, Workplace, Project Delivery, Space Planning & Occupancy and Integrated Portfolio Management.
Manage a senior leadership team and support staff to ensure exceptional service delivery across the client portfolio.
Responsible for revenue generation and growth, account P&L management and overall financial performance
Provide regular reports to senior management on account performance, including revenue, client satisfaction, and operational metrics.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide thought leadership and strategic advice to the client.
Requirements:
Preferred is degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
*Significant experience in corporate real estate and facilities management at an Account Manager/Director level, ideally with exposure to the broader Asia Pacific Region
Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts, and delivering exceptional client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong commercial and analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Experience in managing and developing a team.
