A Day in the Life –
The Investment Analyst performs financial analysis and market research related to potential and existing real estate debt and equity investments. Skill sets served would include individuals with investment financial modeling and analysis, market research, and investment due diligence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Mortgage Banking network and servicing correspondents
Prepare detailed real estate valuations
Mitigate risks while structuring deals
Prepare investment recommendations for client review.
