Company Overview:
We are a family-owned enterprise committed to a long-term property ownership strategy (average asset held ~ 15 years). Our portfolio is managed through Research Management Corporation, an esteemed Asset Manager based in Miami, Florida. As part of our close-knit team, you will have direct engagement with both our Asset Management team and the Owner.
Position Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of a high-end Atlanta office portfolio, with the main office based in Decatur, GA. With the unique advantage of minimal reporting requirements compared to institutional companies, you will have the latitude to focus on the essential aspects of property management. Your responsibilities will encompass supervising personnel, guiding tenant enhancements, managing service agreements, conducting property assessments, and ensuring property conservation. This individual will report directly into the Asset Management team with regular interaction with the Owner as well.
Responsibilities:
Your daily activities will encompass tenant and vendor management, property assessments, contract compliance, team supervision, capital enhancement initiatives, expenditure oversight, and more. The emphasis lies on hands-on involvement, while reporting and budgeting tasks are primarily handled by the asset management team.

Required Education, Experience, Licensing:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in Office Property Management, including a comprehensive grasp of the mechanical and operational systems required to manage 100k+ SF office properties.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Possession of a valid Driver’s License, along with auto insurance and reliable transportation.
