The Transaction Coordinator supports GEMCAP’s development and investment activities by assisting with project origination, due diligence, transaction execution, and ongoing project coordination. This role works closely with the Director of Project Advancement, Development Managers, and external partners to help ensure projects move forward efficiently and key details are managed accurately. The position is involved across multiple projects and is responsible for coordinating documentation, tracking critical dates, supporting transactions, and maintaining organized project information throughout the planning and execution phases.
