Job Summary: Responsible for the development, administration and logistics for Dining Services and assist with the oversight of College Park District.Essential Duties: Work directly with University Dining Services to quickly resolve complaints, develop and oversee monthly dining committee meetings, attend various catered events to ensure customer satisfaction, and serve as primary point of contact for Food Service Committee. Maintain a thorough knowledge of food trends and innovations in the food industry, research and develop new concepts for progressive food options in all outlets, and work with all contractors to implement a progressive marketing campaign.Monitor University Dining and College Park District
