The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties and is tasked with managing operating budgets, property maintenance and on-going relationships with tenants and the local community.  A successful property manager will be able to handle multiple tasks while being an effective manager and communicator.   Essential Job Functions: The Property Manager is tasked with the following job functions: Tenant Communications– Provide positive tenant communication and service. Lease Management – Understand and effectively manage/enforce requirements of key agreements governing the projects (both tenant and landlord).
