Summary As a member of the Site Development team, you will work closely with various internal customers such as Real Estate Representatives, Management, and Wakefern Divisions whose objectives closely align with the team’s goals and projects. In this position, you would be engaging with multiple external customers including ShopRite Owners, the Site Development Committee and outside Research Consultants. This role requires a strong strategic mindset with critical thinking and in depth analytical skills. Additional responsibilities include: New store / remodel and replacement analyses as requested by the ShopRite organizations and Wakefern Management Competitive and sister store impact analyses New owner / store acquisition proposals
