Fulltime Commercial Property Manager needed for Atlanta high end office portfolio.  The individual filling this position will be responsible for managing all aspects of an assigned portfolio from operations and financials to tenant and vendor care.  From overseeing staff, tenant improvements and managing service contracts, to completing property inspections and property preservation, you will have the opportunity to join a great team. Day-to-day operations includes, but is not limited to, staff supervision, tenant and vendor management, property inspections, contract adherence, capital improvement projects, expense control, etc. Maintain positive relationships through conflict resolution and follow-up in a friendly and professional manner
