Provide general analytical support to the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Perform various financial, operational, real estate, treasury and investor relations analyses as requested. Assist with the forecasting and budgeting process. Requires coordinating with and gathering information from various departments in the Company (primarily accounting and asset management) for use in financial projections and data analysis, reviewing financial reports for accuracy and trends, and other general property and portfolio management analyses as requested.
