Overview:
Reporting to Sarah Green, Vice President--Deputy General Counsel, this is a high-impact and high-visibility role overseeing legal work for a growing real estate portfolio and partnering with the real estate team. The work encompasses commercial real estate and construction transactions, including commercial leases, sale lease backs, reverse build to suits, purchase & sale agreements, mortgage-secured real estate financing, architectural service agreements, construction contracting, and related loans and intercreditor arrangements. This position is responsible for the management, coaching and development of paralegal team members.

Experience:
10+ years of law firm or in-house legal department experience with commercial real estate and construction transactions, including commercial leases.
