Description:

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for executing processes to ensure delivery of a quality product for our clients from site acquisition through construction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Project Manager with obtaining, uploading, and organizing due diligence materials throughout the project
• Obtain, review and manage various bids from Consultants
• Complete tasks and projects, as assigned, and report status to Senior Project Manager
• Take initiative to proactively problem solve and innovate processes
• Track and report on critical deliverables and client performance metrics
• Communicate with City Officials to obtain various zoning information, utilities, and other SIR materials.
• Assist with the closings of sales and acquisitions
• Liaison between the Senior PM and General Councel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree required
• 1+ years of project coordination experience with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities
• Excellent Computer skills with focus on proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, and confident) with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
• Detail oriented problem-solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, prioritize demands and develop alternative solutions when necessary to meet timelines
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent teamwork skills to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business associates and customers
