Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified associate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm’s San Francisco or Walnut Creek, CA office. This position involves a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial leasing. In this practice, the attorney will be representing private developers, companies which have real estate needs ancillary to their primary business, and large landowners.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning and leasing; demonstrated understanding of real property law, and the ability to handle significant responsibility.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible in California.
