Prepares cash flow analysis, summary documentation and spreadsheets.
Analyzes legal real estate documentation: i.e. leases, property financial statements, tenant reimbursement reconciliation statements…
Under general supervision, provides financial analysis on real estate transactions.
Prepare and conduct written and oral presentations for Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) or Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Assist in the creation of an Offering Memorandum (OM) used to market a property for disposition.
Work with potential buyers to clearly explain underwritten details and calculations.
Assist in the transfer of information between buyer and seller during due diligence.
Maintain databases tracking various aspects of capital market deal flow.
Highly proficient in working with numbers.
Strong attention to detail leading to efficient error free analysis.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or Business.
Proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
Working knowledge of ARGUS Software AE
1-4 years of commercial real estate experience is preferred.
