JOB SUMMARY: The Head of Development will be part of a growing team of professionals focused on the development of properties in Charleston, SC. The candidate will have direct responsibility for managing all development aspects of the property, and will work closely with the partnership to assemble the appropriate teams to manage the project. The candidate will have direct responsibility for managing ground-up development projects and major adaptive re-use projects.
