The Jacksonville office of Akerman LLP seeks a Real Estate Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience handling commercial real estate capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, buying, selling, warehousing and securitizing commercial real estate debt and being part of the closing teams. Excellent academics, strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted to practice law or willing to obtain admission promptly. Remote working opportunity will be considered. Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in state of residence and other necessary jurisdictions is required.
