OPPORTUNITY
Immediate opening for an experienced ACCOUNTS PAYABLE in the Fort Worth corporate office of a growing commercial real estate investor. This position will be responsible for the payables and vendor relations for a portfolio of commercial/office real estate properties. This position reports directly to the Controller and works closely with property managers, brokers, and outside vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
The activities listed here are not all-inclusive; rather, they indicate the types of activities normally performed by this position. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:
- Prepare daily deposits for multiple entities
- Vendor Set Up
- Verification and Entry for vendor invoices for multiple entities
- Weekly check runs
- Weekly commission payments
- 1099 YE processing
- Assist with inside/outside questions/inquires
- Perform other special projects, historical research, financial analysis, and other duties as assigned.

- Two years accounts payable experience
- Two years real estate experience (emphasis on commercial, office, investor reporting)
- Multi-Entity Experience
- Organized and articulate
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
