Weâ™re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 6 month contract, who thrives on proactive candidate sourcing and highâ‘quality screening, and who wants to play a critical role in delivering outstanding hires across the business.

Youâ™ll join the already awesome TA team as a TA guru in engaging passive talent for a wide & varied bunch of roles, and delivering shortlists that hiring leaders genuinely value. Your work will directly influence hiring outcomes, building out diverse teams to support 2 new clients.

What youâ™ll be doing
✅ Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent pools, and creative sourcing techniques
✅ Conduct in-depth screening calls to assess capability, motivation, values, and role fit
✅ Partner closely with your TA team and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and market realities
✅ Provide market insights, talent availability data, and candidate feedback to influence hiring decisions
✅ Deliver an engaging, professional, and inclusive candidate experience from first contact
✅ Continuously improve sourcing strategies, screening frameworks, and candidate quality
✅ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
What weâ™re looking for
🌟 Proven experience in talent sourcing, candidate research, or recruitment coordination/advisory roles ⓠif in commercial real estate, even better!
🌟 Strong interviewing and screening capabilityâ”you know how to get beyond the CV
🌟 Confidence engaging senior and/or hard-to-find talent in competitive markets
🌟 A naturally curious mindsetâ”you love understanding how roles, industries, and people fit together
🌟 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🌟 Comfortable working with ATS and recruitment sourcing tools, Workday or GEM knowledge would be a big plus!
🌟 Organised, proactive, and highly accountable for outcomes
