Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group (CCAG) is a commercial real estate valuation and advisory firm with primary offices in Philadelphia, Lancaster, and Camp Hill. We serve markets across Pennsylvania with a focus on South Central PA, Greater Philadelphia, Berks County/Lehigh Valley, and NEPA. We also accept select assignments in Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey.
We believe commercial appraisers are more than just number-crunchers. We are advisors, consultants, and problem-solvers at the intersection of real estate, development, and investment strategy. Our team values deep market knowledge, ethical integrity, and clear communication - delivering valuation work that tells the full story and earns trust across the deal table.
We’re not your typical appraisal firm. We’ve built a culture rooted in mentorship, autonomy, professional growth, and shared excellence. Our appraisers are actively engaged in the industry through publishing, speaking, leadership involvement, and continued professional development, with team members holding respected designations including MAI, CCIM, and R/W-AC. Whether working on an adaptive reuse project in Lancaster, a multifamily development in Reading, or a special-use facility in the suburbs of Philadelphia, our team brings technical expertise, market insight, and a commitment to credibility to every assignment.
The Opportunity
We’re growing and looking for a Certified General Appraiser to join our team. Hybrid or flexible work environment with full remote capabilities.
Dedicated support staff including a project coordinator and data analyst.
Ongoing training, professional development, and access to scholarships and coursework support.
Recurring in-person team meetings that foster connection and learning.

Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in Pennsylvania.

Interest in mentoring future trainees (optional but welcomed).
Someone who “gets it” - curious, self-aware, professional, and a team player.
Compensation
We offer competitive, experience-based compensation, based on your workload, certifications, and client management. Our structure rewards both production and collaboration.
Education stipend for designation and continuing education
