The Charleston, WV office of Integra Realty Resources, the nation’s largest independent valuation and consulting firm, is seeking a senior level analyst. Must have the ability to complete appraisal assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Senior Analysts perform real estate valuations and market analysis of individual properties as well as portfolios of properties. We provide significant research support to maximize your productivity and allow you to focus on the underlying analysis. This role may be in-person or remote.

Requirements:
- Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License is a plus, other appraisal licenses or working toward certified general licensure will be considered.
- Hold the MAI designation, or pursuing the designation, is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial appraisal experience
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple complex assignments with varying deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Self-motivation with ability to work autonomously or as a team member.
