Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Appraisal Production Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid position based in Bethesda, MD, with flexibility for remote work.

In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that appraisal assignments move efficiently from start to finish. You will help keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with our high standards for quality and client service.

What You Will Do
As Appraisal Production Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of appraisal report production. You will work closely with our appraisers and team members to coordinate workflow, monitor progress, and maintain efficient operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and tracking appraisal assignments from order through completion.
• Coordinating with staff appraisers and partners to maintain a steady workflow.
• Monitoring timelines and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Gathering and organizing the information needed for each report.
• Managing document preparation and drafting using Word and related software tools.
• Communicating regularly with team members, partners, and clients to keep everyone informed and aligned.
