About the Role
As a Certified General Appraiser, you will be responsible for completing a variety of commercial appraisal assignments while contributing to business development and client service. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and benefit from a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Complete commercial appraisal assignments across a range of property types
Produce high-quality narrative reports in compliance with USPAP and client requirements
Communicate directly with clients to understand assignment scope and expectations
Manage assignments from engagement through delivery
Support business development efforts and maintain client relationships
Collaborate with team members on complex assignments and shared clients
Qualifications
Certified General Appraiser license required
3–8+ years of commercial appraisal experience
Strong analytical, writing, and time management skills
Experience working in a larger firm environment is a plus
Desire to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility
